Personal Life Coach
But no matter how hard you try…
You’re in the right place
I help women who have difficulty putting themselves first live a life of connection, worthiness, and spaciousness … because you can’t keep going the way you’re going, right?
Hi. My name is Marnie.
I can help because I’ve been where you are.
As a single mom with a career, I know what it is like to live with overwhelm, anxiety, and fatigue. Not only did I neglect pursuing my wants and needs but oftentimes I didn’t even know what they were or who I was half the time.
I have journeyed through the experiences of guilt, inadequacy, constant comparison with others, and the feeling of ‘not good enough’. I know the feeling of wanting to say ‘no’ but not having the courage to do so.
I realized that perfectionism, people pleasing, comparing, and controlling all stemmed from my deeply ingrained beliefs about myself. By shining light on my hidden spots and transforming my thoughts, I set in motion a new belief system.
I became my priority.
Here’s how I can help:
Your Nurtured Life

Manage Your Inner Critic
Your inner critic is the voice in your head that continually tells you you’re not good enough.

I was really struggling to manage the impact stress had on my physical body, my sleep, my health, and my relationships. I practiced mindfulness, breathing, went for acupuncture, and took care of my diet and it would help, but it always came back to a point when I would feel so stuck and overwhelmed by it all that I just wanted to shut down.
The perspective Marnie brought really allowed me to start noticing things differently. I became more aware of thoughts responsible for certain reactions or responses which had a direct impact on my stress levels. I was able to untangle certain patterns of thinking I had developed a long time ago.
I like how easy it was to speak with Marnie. I felt welcome, heard, and seen and the sessions were adapted around what I was bringing to the table. I believe Marnie has a beautiful gift for listening and for guiding people gently towards freedom and ease.
Manage Your Inner Critic
Your inner critic is the voice in your head that continually tells you you’re not good enough. Becoming aware of your inner critic is the first step to learning why you spend so much effort trying to please others instead of feeling worthy of prioritizing yourself.
