And that’s why I decided to do things differently.
All the above approaches only work temporarily because they are limited. Exploring your past or exercising your body is certainly beneficial, but in order to make sustainable progress, you need to explore how your subconscious mind and your body hold on to your past emotions, beliefs, and traumas. The multifaceted approach that I use allows true freedom from your negative belief patterns and allows you to confidently create the life that you know you were meant to live.
We are raised in a culture that profits from women feeling not good enough. Let’s face it – businesses thrive on women feeling not pretty enough, skinny enough, smart enough, everything enough. As a result, we people please, hyper-examine everything we do, and feel flawed.
It is not your fault your inner voice is less than kind. Our culture has kept you thinking and feeling small and you more often than not believe you are unworthy as a result.
These thoughts that you think over and over again become beliefs. That is all a belief is. And…get this…most beliefs aren’t true.
Together we will get really curious about that inner voice. It is incredibly liberating to free yourself of the negative chatter but first you need to know it is there, where it comes from, and how to question it.

This program is perfect for women who are done with people pleasing and approval seeking and ready to create the life they want.
I wanted to address learning to use my voice and face my fears of failing that have been holding me back from trying my best. I want to live my best self, and felt I wasn’t able to achieve this.
I am now aware of my thoughts and am consciously shifting the way I think about myself. My fears are no longer crippling me … I am starting to do the things that I was afraid to try before. I am still on this journey, but now have some tools to help me with the transformation. I am tackling the things that scared me and feeling proud of myself.
I had no hesitations working with Marnie, and found her very easy to talk to and engaging. Marnie was non-judgmental, confidential, and I felt I could share personally with her.

Here’s How We’ll Work Together …
I struggled with setting boundaries, enjoying everyday routines, communicating effectively with my partner, and dedicating time and love to myself (I never had time for anything, always running busy and stressed).
I started catching my thoughts and my feelings which helps me to be more present in my everyday life and to understand/to love myself better. I am less angry with my husband and less demanding of myself. I am less critical of myself when my child has meltdowns and I am less reactive and more patient and loving I think.
If I could talk to myself three months (and even years) ago I would say how amazing and wonderful a soul I am, how much love and compassion I need from myself and how important it is to ask for help. Thank you very much for your support, for your care and for being there for me in such an altruistic way.

You are likely spending much of your precious time in cyclical beliefs that you need to take care of everything and everyone else. The time is NOW to begin taking care of yourself because as you know, life is short and guess what?… If you don’t start taking care of yourself, who will? Do you have the time NOT to do this?!?
It is ok to be scared and it is ok to feel apprehensive.
The currency of growth is discomfort.
The fact that you are here tells me that you are ready.
At this time I only work privately with women. Group programs are on the agenda but I do not have any set dates as of yet.
If you have tried everything, it tells me you are in the right place. It also tells me that all those other things have not really gotten down to the root of what is holding you back, which is the focus of this work.
Many of the things you have tried focus solely on mind work or physical well being. By integrating the somatic/neuroregulation approach with your subconscious mind and really exploring your beliefs about yourself, we get to the deeper reasons of why you feel stuck.
I have been there and I have helped many other women who have been where you are.

I was struggling with poor boundaries and feeling overwhelmed. I was unable to consistently have a morning self care routine for myself.
Through my work with Marnie, I have learned to be really clear with my family about my boundaries. I have started implementing the same principle with my clients at work and it has really helped.
I also have been able to consistently have a better morning routine to take care of my needs: stretching, meditation, exercise.
Working with Marnie was a delight. She is very professional. She made me feel safe and listened to. I was able to learn a lot from her and to apply that knowledge in my day to day routine. I highly recommend her as a coach.
